My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2022

A good early start of the day. Weather was ok today.

In the evening, i went out to high street to do my actifit steps. High street was full of people. A local program was going on. Around 6pm they were going to put the Christmas lights on. I was too early for that.

Spent 35/40 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added more steps walking indoors while listening to music.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
