A late start of the day weather has been hot and sunny today.
In the afternoon, i went out to shop and also do my actifit steps.
Spent 34/40 minutes shopping and walking in and around high street and then walked back home.
Later added more steps walking indoors while listening to music.
Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
