A good day at work. Weather has been nice and sunny.
In the evening, i went out to shop and also do my actifit steps.
Spent 35/40 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.
Later added more steps walking indoors while listening to music.
Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
