Yes, Felix, we should do our exercise in our convenient time, either in the morning or in the afternoon or even in the evening/night :)
Some people still have lack of knowledge about these. There is one American in my vicinity. He suffered a stroke with paralysis to the right side of his body. He can walk with stick. I saw him walking (paraplegic gait) at mid noon. Once I asked him, why noon? He told "for vitamin D"!
I explained him. Now he walks after sunset :)
