Here I am with my today activity score ie 5k activity.
Today I qas walking during I was on phone call. I walk for 55 min but when I checked my activity score it doesn't increased, it was same as before the walk. Anyway I am ablw to hit the 5k mark.

interesting - so actifit is a fitness app for Hive? how does it work exactly (can it be used with dapplr, does it require a fitbit or fitness watch or something)? it might be useful for me to use if I can integrate it with my current tools I like to use.

Actifit a app which rewards you to stay fit. Reawards in terms of the AFIT token as well as the upvote (on both steem as well as Hive).
All you have to install the app and login with your steem/hive account. It will count (steps) your activity and at the end of the day you have to post it on blockchain (using the app), minimum eligibility for the reward is you should complete 5k activity/steps in a day before posting.
