(This photo was taken in February of this year during a winter hike up the Großer Arber in the Bavarian Forest. At times, the weather conditions were truly bleak, but overall, it was an absolutely fantastic hike. Here you can see a drag lift station, which was in operation that day and being used by countless skiers and snowboarders.)
Hi Actifitters,
yesterday, close-grip push-ups were on the agenda again. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to make any progress. Just like last time, I only managed 12 repetitions in the final set. If I had done one more, I would have moved up a level in the training plan. But never mind—maybe I'll succeed next time.
After that, I hopped on the bike for another 80 minutes. That included 10 minutes for warming up and cooling down. During the 70-minute block in between, I pedaled at a constant 170 watts. It was quite a sweaty workout.
Mission 80 (Day 43 = 87.5 kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 / Total loss = 2.5 kg)
And another week has gone by. The challenge has now been running for six weeks. I am quite pleased with the past week; it went much better than all the previous ones. Since last Tuesday, I’ve managed to lose a total of 800 grams. I’d be happy for things to continue this way.
A light core stability workout is on the agenda for today. On the bike, there is just a very relaxed recovery session.
