Black and red flowers

Mondays are such an anticlimax. It's almost like falling down from heaven. It's still good life, don't get me wrong. Yet, compared to what the life is on weekends, rich and sunny, full of activity outdoors with family and friends, Mondays are ... bleak.

I truly don't have anything important to report for yesterday. Even the run was short and in the rain. It wasn't in vain since the streak continues.

So I'll illustrate this post with flowers. Does anybody know the name of this flower?

It's a bush with black-red blossoms growing together with more red-black ones.

These blossoms are past their prime and fall off already.
