My Actifit Report Card: May 8 2020

It was a awesome this week I must say and today Friday was not left out. I was kind of sick Thursday night with pain all over but I took painkiller and had a good rest and I was up today very strong.

Walking but it was slightly cumbersome for me at the beginning but I have to push myself and get this result was great for me.
