I slept in a little-well maybe not too much as I was awake at 7:00 and in the hot tub by a little after 8 this morning. It was a beautiful sunny morning-great for a relaxing soak. I needed an hour or so of it as it was super relaxing! 😎
Cyle and Cot have spent the better part of the day sleeping as usual. Silly kitties! 🐈⬛
I spent my morning working on the Ladies of Hive contest as today is the final day to get your entries in. Picking who wins is always a tough challenge for me. The winners will be listed tonight! 😎
We eventually headed to Lynden for part two of @silvertop’s continuing birthday celebration. This time-to the Woods Coffeehouse for mocha frappes as it’s suddenly turned into summer pretty much overnight! 😳😅. See @silvertop’s post for a couple pictures.

The Spirit of the Lord GOD is on Me,
because the LORD has anointed Me
to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives
and freedom to the prisoners,
to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favor
and the day of our God’s vengeance,
to comfort all who mourn,
to console the mourners in Zion—
to give them a crown of beauty for ashes,
the oil of joy for mourning,
and a garment of praise for a spirit of despair.
So they will be called oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.
