Everything is blooming in my neck of the woods! We’ve had a spot of 70+ degree weather for a few days and things just took off! Here in the Pacific Northwest, once it begins, you can pretty much count on something blooming even into October. It’s pretty cool!
My morning began with ladies Bible study. We had a new gal come who also happens to be one of my patients. We were both happy to see each other and surprised as well. The study is in Romans and is very good.
Once home, I did some housework and laundry. Then before climbing on the stationary bike, I went out in the forest around the house to see what I could find. Enjoy!
Some gargantuan Skunk weed at its finest.
These guys were so tiny, I almost didn’t see them. Each blossom is about an 1/8” in diameter! 🤩
My newly planted Aspen trees have baby leaves!
This is a “baby” Big Leaf Maple! These leaves can be upwards of 2 feet! Crazy!
We’ve got a few apple trees which are in full bloom.

Then, there was this strange being……..
Tomorrow is my Monday and Wednesday ‘hump day’ all rolled into one. I know we were double booked in a couple places and the doc’s lunch hour was missing as well. I’m thinking we all need our tennis shoes tomorrow! 🤪
