No-despite what you may be thinking, it wasn’t with Mr. Bumblebee!🐝. As we were headed up to the trailhead yesterday, we stopped in a spot of sunshine. I saw this little bee 🐝 crawling on the ground. It means one of two things-either he had just come out from the hive and was sluggish because it wasn’t super warm, or, he was in trouble. I’d like to think it was the first reason rather than the second. If a bee is in trouble, albeit having trouble flying or acting stunned, it could be that they need some sugar water to refresh them. Unfortunately, I was not at a place where that was easily accessed, hence the reason I was hoping it was the first reason.
Getting back to @actifit-lamb-she talked Sunshine Lamb into going on her very first ever, hike. Now, she’s spent most of her time indoors and has never ventured out much. She’s led a very sheltered life. However, @actifit-lamb is very persuasive and got her to come along. I gave her a ride for part of the way until she builds up hiking legs and hooves!
She was very intrigued by the soft green moss they were sitting on. We brought a mat so she wouldn’t get dirty.
She did enjoy the time outdoors and has said she wants to see more! I’m not sure where @actifit-lamb plans to take her-we will have to wait and see!
Today began at church with a wrap up on the Sacred series Pastor Kyle brought to us. It’s been thought provoking!
Next Sunday is Palm Sunday already! Where does the time go? Then on to Good Friday and a special Easter service. I’m looking forward to it all.
