Happy Friday everyone! If you’re like me, you couldn’t be done with today fast enough! It’s the first day of the business year for us at the clinic. Amazingly enough, there were no snaffus with insurance! Amazing!
The doc is going to turn on tomorrow, an ozone machine to try to get rid of the mustiness that’s prevalent since the flood. That meant I had to do something with my plants. I took 3 of them upstairs to a room with a door. I put them in the furthest away position from the door. I placed a towel at the base of the door hoping that all of these measures help protect them from the ozone. My understanding is that ozone is heavier than oxygen, so it technically should remain downstairs. I brought my two African violets , my spider plant and my orchid home. Fingers crossed the plants upstairs have no ill effects from it and the ones I brought home, no ill effects from being packed up and brought only to be packed up and taken back again. 😅 🤞
It’s been since November that I’ve worked a normal schedule for me. This weekend is the beginning of the return to normalcy. I’m looking forward to ladies Bible study on Tuesday as I’ve not been there either for the past month.
I learned today my coworker who’s been mirroring my W-F schedule is going back to 2 days per week. I knew she was going to but thought it would coincide with the starting of it, when she returns from vacation in February. I understand, since that’s what she was hired to do but at the same time, it really sucks to be the only one who NEVER takes time off or calls in sick. I think that I might have to re-look at my availability towards the fall season this year. It depends on whether I’m feeling left holding the bag then. 😏
We’ve got nothing special planned for the weekend. I just need a little down time.
It looks like this hoof fungus has a pearl on the outside like an oyster would have inside. Thing is it’s shiny and silver-ish. Perhaps a BB?
Then……every once in a while, you might run into one of these guys in the forest!
That’s gonna be it for today. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day wherever you are! 🙏🌏🙏

NKJV Luke 2:36-38
Now there was one, Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was of a great age, and had lived with a husband seven years from her virginity; and this woman was a widow of about eighty-four years, who did not depart from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day. And coming in that instant she gave thanks to the Lord, and spoke of Him to all those who looked for redemption in Jerusalem.
