@actifit-lamb has been acting kind of strange today. I couldn’t put my finger on just why until I happened to go outside this afternoon. I found her perched on the pumpkin I purchased yesterday at the roadside stand.
When she saw me, she asked for her picture to be taken.
Then, she jumped down and ran over-hooves flying, to the gargantuan fall mum I have. She jumped and landed smack in the middle of the plant! I must say, she does look rather comfy there! 😁
And, so it begins! She loves fall almost as much as I do. It’s not just the weather and the changing of the leaves-it’s about the season itself! Pumpkins and gourds; fall festivals; pumpkin patches; seasonal foods-it all adds up to FALL! 🍁🍂🎃
She then wanted me to search my archived photos for some of the past season’s events she was involved in. Enjoy her picks of the pictures! 🐑🌻🍂🍁🎃
So many pumpkins! So little time to choose!
She really enjoyed the memories the photos brought back to her. She said she’s looking forward to another trip and soon! I had to break the news to her that the place where those pictures were taken doesn’t appear like they’re in business this year. Last year I thought the same thing and then suddenly, they had a ton of pumpkins to choose from, so maybe they will again. If not, we will have to load her in the car and head out for greener-‘er I mean more orange fields of pumpkins!🎃
I accomplished a lot today, but alas, did not complete my list. However, my list just might have been more than could be accomplished anyway! 😏
That’s it for today. Tomorrow finds me headed to work on a super busy day! One coworker is on vacation (I don’t get vacation) one is out with a broken tooth and unable to work because of the dental appointment, one is out of town and the last one has visitors and cannot come. So out of 4 coworkers, nobody can make it! 🙄 I will be one busy and probably insane person by the end of the day. Oh well……
