It seems like you had a pretty rough day, but at least you managed to find a moment to relax a bit.
It's good that they offered you a loan car, that should have made things easier.
I hope that soon you can solve the tire issue and that the days ahead will be calmer.

        Thanks! Yeah, the tire was finally changed, but the TPMS light is still on, I may have to go back one last time to get it fully reset. Anyways, it's not so bad, it just wastes a lot of time!
