Unfortunately, I know something like that too.
Since then, I am no longer in any community, because there are simply too many chiefs.
But I will never stop being grateful when someone gives me advice or tells me his opinion, even if it might go against my ego first.
Most people I've met in my life are not malicious, why should it be any different here?

Money makes people go nuts? Here money is involved and it can start a fire easily.
You may even be right @dlmmqb.
I just don't want to and don't like having to get used to it. I remain grateful for a well-intentioned advice and also give such a gladly if I suspect that it could help the other.
I already have to fight in my professional life, I don't have to fight in my free time.
