16100 Schritte ++ Fernbeziehung ist anders ++
Hallo Freunde,
Die kalten , nassen Tage sind erst einmal vorbei, heute war es wieder angenehm zu laufen. Und trotzdem vermisse ich den Sommer oder die Tropen jetzt schon, nach nur 5 Wochen. Aber bald bin ich ja wieder dort, wo es nie kalt ist.
Habt ihr eigentlich schon mal eine Fernbeziehung gehabt, auch nur temporär?
Ich bisher noch nicht, das ist jetzt das erste Mal für mich und manches ist wirklich anders. Man muss an vieles mehr denken und dabei aufpassen, dass man den anderen nicht vereinnahmt. Zweites gelingt mir bisher ganz gut, aber bei dem ersten Punkt habe ich noch viele Denkblockaden. Es ist halt viel einfacher, wenn der andere auch physisch nah ist. Jedenfalls habe ich mich heute richtig blamiert, vor mir selbst zuerst.
Naja, lange dauert es ja nicht mehr, dann ist diese Zeit vorbei. Für mich wäre es auf Dauer jedenfalls nichts. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, wie man das jahrelang durchhalten kann.
Gestern habe ich noch geschrieben, wie toll das Arbeiten an einem großen Monitor ist, heute stellt dieser das Arbeiten ein. Nicht ganz, aber der Bildschirm wird ab und an schwarz und nach ein paar Sekunden geht er wieder an. Arbeiten geht nur noch schlecht. HDMI- und Kaltgerätekabel habe ich schon ausgetauscht, das hat nicht geholfen. Nun bleibt nur noch ein Wackelkontakt oder eine Hitzeabschaltung im Monitor selbst übrig. Also Schrott.
Es sollte wohl nicht sein.

The cold, wet days are over, for now, today was pleasant to walk again. And still, I miss the summer or the tropics now already, after only 5 weeks. But soon I will be back where it is never cold.
Have you actually ever had a long distance relationship, even temporarily?
I haven't yet, this is the first time for me and some things are really different. You have to think about a lot more and be careful not to take over the other person. I've managed the second quite well so far, but I still have a lot of thought blocks on the first point. It's much easier when the other person is physically close. Anyway, I really embarrassed myself today, first of all in front of myself.
Well, it won't be long now, then this time is over. For me, it would be nothing in the long run. I can't imagine how you can keep this up for years.
Yesterday I wrote how great it is to work on a big monitor, but today it stops working. Not completely, but every now and then the screen goes black and after a few seconds it turns on again. Working is only possible badly. HDMI and power cable I have already replaced, but that did not help. Now the only thing left is a loose contact or a heat cutoff in the monitor itself. So junk.
I guess it wasn't meant to be.
