13500 Schritte ++ in 80 Tagen um die Welt ++

Hallo Freunde,

Genau genommen ist es nur um die halbe Welt und ob es genau 80 Tage sind oder ein paar weniger oder mehr weiß ich erst in einer Woche, aber so ungefähr wird es so sein, wenn nicht wieder ein Wichtigtuer die Grenzen schließt. Ganz ausschließen kann man dies bei der aktuellen Politik ja niemals.

Apropos Grenzen, die Philippinen verzichten jetzt wie auch Thailand auf irgendwelche Restriktionen bei Einreise und Aufenthalt. Nicht mal ein Booster ist noch gefragt. Man muss nur vollständig geimpft sein und ein Onlineformular ausfüllen, was mittlerweile weltweit Standard ist. Zumindest kann niemand auf dem Weg von Land zu Land verloren gehen.

Heute musste ich das erst Mal im Dunklen laufen, es sind zwar annehmbare Bilder, aber mir ist die Kombination aus Dunkelheit und 25 Grad unter Palmen viel lieber als 8 Grad, kalter Wind und Wegen voller Pfützen, die man zu spät sieht.

Strictly speaking, it's only halfway around the world and whether it's exactly 80 days or a few less or more I won't know until a week from now, but that's about how it will be unless some busybody closes the borders again. Gaqnz you can never exclude this with the current policy.

Speaking of borders, the Philippines now waive any restrictions on entry and stay, just like Thailand. Not even a booster is still required. You just have to be fully vaccinated and fill out an online form, which is now standard worldwide. At least no one can get lost on the way from country to country.

Today I had to walk the first time in the dark, they are acceptable pictures, but I much prefer the combination of darkness and 25 degrees under palm trees than 8 degrees, cold wind and paths full of puddles that you see too late.
