17,600 steps and cheese in bed

Hello friends.

2 days once again without electricity and therefore without water have come to an end and today is the cleanup day after.
The house is built into the mountain and my apartment on the first floor quite far inside the rock and in addition it has only a natural ventilation to one side.
That means without additional ventilation and thus air exchange, the humid outside air slowly settles in the interior cooled by the mountain, which leads to clammy textiles and mold.
Since yesterday, the fan is running continuously again, but I still have to wash the bed linen.
Not because it smells musty, much worse, it smells like smoked sliced cheese.
At first I thought my sense of smell is completely broken and I'm just imagining it. But when I put the pillows in the sun, it smelled like something edible to the dog too.
Yet I've never bought cheese or anything with cheese here, the headscarves are washed every month, and no one has been in the room except me.
Weird not?

Hallo Freunde.

2 Tage wieder einmal ohne Strom und damit auch ohne Wasser sind zu Ende gegangen und heute ist der Aufräumtag danach.
Das Haus ist in den Berg gebaut und mein Apartment im Erdgeschoss ziemlich weit drin im Fels und dazu hat es nur eine natürliche Belüftung zu einer Seite.
Das bedeutet ohne zusätzliche Lüftung und damit Luftaustausch schlägt sich die feuchte Außenluft langsam im vom Berg gekühlten Innern nieder, was zu klammen Textilien und Schimmel führt.
Seit gestern läuft der Ventilator wieder im Dauerbetrieb, aber die Bettwäsche muss ich trotzdem waschen.
Nicht weil sie muffig riecht, viel schlimmer, sie riecht nach geräuchertem Schnittkäse.
Ich dachte zuerst, mein Geruchssinn ist völlig kaputt und ich bilde mir das nur ein. Aber als ich die Kopfkissen in die Sonne legte, roch es auch für den Hund nach etwas Essbarem.
Dabei habe ich hier noch nie Käse oder irgendwas mit Käse gekauft, die Kopftücher werden jeden Monat gewaschen und außer mir ist niemand in dem Raum gewesen.
Schräg nicht?

Ich habe die Kissen jetzt über Nacht eingeweicht, mal sehen, wie sie morgen nach dem Trocknen riechen.
