Non va sempre bene!
Dopo settimane di continui miglioramenti, ieri tempi alti.. le gambe non volevano proprio girare. Forse ho dormito male forse il mio bioritmo è in fase calante o forse la tirata di tutta la settimana si è fatta sentire.

Comunque soddisfatto! Ho fatto tutti i chilometri che avevo in testa, certo avevo la lingua che toccava a terra 🤪 e i muscoli delle gambe duri come il piombo! Ma soddisfatto per aver portato a termine il tutto! Ottimo allenamento per la forza di volontà!

Nel pomeriggio poi sono andato a fotografare le cicogne 😊.. e ho fatto un bel giro nei campi con il cucciolo!

Esattamente!!... infatti comunque soddisfatto! poi non sono un podista corro per piacere personale quindi qualsiasi sia il tempo va bene cosi!:)
