I'm never far away from saying something dumb in those situations too. How was Father's day though?

lol foot in mouth disease? Was good. we not really into the mother and fathers day thing in our house, because we wnat to instill in the little one that you should always be appreciated and loved. not just on a day the media tells you to. but i just got a small gift from her to her dad, because its nice. I used to do the same for my dad, a mug or some nuts, etc.
Unfortunately both Mister smartypants have lost our fathers so nothing to do on that part for us. How was your Father's day?
Called my dad and that's about it. I guess we unconsciously practiced what you teach your kid. I've never really bothered about gifts and all that to show off.
I wrote a nice post though.
