Getting dressed for the workout is like 60% of the work because we all know that it's the thought that counts 😄.

I haven't done anything this week because I wasn't home. I'll just try to go.longer distance tomorrow to compensate. Those look delicious by the way.

I guess baking was the workout lol. That was yesterday though. Today I it was a public holiday here in South Africa and we went for a lovely hike! Hit an awesome step count!

Cool Im also trying to do some workouts this week!! Let's try and keep motivated!!!

Thanks Mimi. I'll do some workout in the evening. My target is 6.2KM. it will be doubling my best run recorded.
