Czwartek. Po ośmiu dniach wolnego wróciłam do pracy. W biurze jak zwykle - sympatycznie, miło, czas na kawkę, było też telko z ważnym klientem, było trochę telefonów, w sumie dzień intensywny.
Bombel był tego dnia u Taty w pracy. Jechaliśmy do pracy rano wszyscy troje, a wracałam ja z Bomblem i pędziliśmy po Loczka. To była miła przejażdżka busem, rzadko mam okazję jechać z dzieckiem autobusem, a nie autem.
Wieczorem miałam konsultację z luxmedowym neurochirurgiem i usłyszałam, że konsultować mam się zawsze tylko w klinice, gdzie mnie onegdaj operowano. Myślałam, że neurochirurg to neurochirurg, może ocenić zmiany tak samo. Otóż nie. Liczyłam, że sobie nieco uproszczę procedurę, bo w Luxmed to klik i już, człowiek zapisany, wizyta za 2 tygodnie o wygodnej porze. A w klinice? Wiadomo. Polowanie na rejestrację, termin za rok, i w sumie cały dzień siedzenia w szpitalu, bo kolejki i nie wiadomo o której profesor Cię przyjmie. A przecież jeśli nic się nie dzieje - to trochę szkoda zajmować miejsce tym, u których akurat się dzieje, prawda? No ale cóż, jest jak jest, kolejny lekarz do dopisania do mojej listy.
Thursday. After eight days off, I returned to work. The office was as usual – pleasant, nice, time for coffee, there was also a telco with an important client, a few phone calls, all in all, a busy day.
Bombel was at Dad's office that day. The three of us drove to work in the morning, and I returned with Bombel and rushed to pick up Loczek. It was a nice bus ride, I rarely have the opportunity to travel with my child by bus rather than by car.
In the evening, I had a consultation with a Luxmed neurosurgeon and was told that I should only consult at the clinic where I had my surgery before. I thought a neurosurgeon was a neurosurgeon, they could assess the changes in the same way. Well, no. I was hoping to simplify the procedure a bit, because at Luxmed, it's a click and that's it, you've made an appointment, and you have an appointment in two weeks at a convenient time. And at the clinic? Obviously: Hunting for registration, an appointment in a year, and basically a whole day spent at the hospital because of the queues and who knows when the professor will see you. And if nothing's happening, it's a bit of a shame to take over the space of those who has something happening, isn't it? But it is what it is, another doctor to add to my list.
