[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2025

Mózg niczym wata najeżona żyletkami. Nie umiem celniej określić mojego stanu we wtorek.
Spowodowane to było niczym innym, a tym, że musiałam rano wstać po kolejnej totalnie nieprzespanej nocy. Tym razem nie 117 pobudek, a jedna, za to półtora godzinna. Po której ja już byłam tak wybita z rytmu snu i zestresowana, że nie zasnęłam do 5. A o 6 pobudka.
A tu trzeba wstać, ogarnąć siebie i dzieci i iść na autobus, bo dzień biurowy. A w biurze udawać, że w głowie dzieją się jakieś procesy myślowe, mimo, że się nie działy, a jak próbowały się dziać, to wywoływały fizyczny ból.

My brain was like cotton wool bristling with razor blades. I can't describe my state of mind more accurately on Tuesday.
It was caused by nothing else but having to get up early after another completely sleepless night. This time, not 117 wake-up calls, but one, and it lasted an hour and a half. After which, I was so disturbed and stressed that I didn't fall asleep until 5 a.m. And then I woke up at 6 a.m.
And here I had to get up, get myself and the kids together, and head for the bus, because it was an office day. And in the office, I had to pretend that some thought processes were happening in my head, even though they weren't, and when they tried to, they caused physical pain.

Mimo bólu istnienia udało mi się spędzić z dziećmi naprawdę fajne popołudnie. Byliśmy na placu zabaw dość długo, bo pogoda fajna. Dzidzia jest tą dziewczynką, która ma starszego brata. I odcina z tego kupony: ma już starszych kolegów, a jak wszyscy dostali lizaka, to ona też. Ja bym jej samej nie dała - uważam, że jest jeszcze za mała. Ale tak bardzo było widać po jej buzi, że też chce, że też chce być w tym towarzystwie, że pozwoliłam. Cóż, to tylko lizak. A drugie dziecko wszystko zaczyna wcześniej, prawda?

Despite the pain of existence, I managed to spend a really nice afternoon with the kids. We spent quite a while at the playground because the weather was nice. Baby is the kind of girl who has an older brother. And she's taking advantage of it: she already has older friends, and since everyone got a lollipop, she got one too. I wouldn't have given it to her myself—I think she's still too young. But it was so obvious on her face that she wanted to be there, too, that I let her. Well, it's just a lollipop. And second children start everything earlier, right?
