Hellow fellow actifiters.. how are you?? I hope all you guys still healthy and safe. Today i want to report about my activity. In the morning i decided to walking instead jogging. My foot still on sore and need to rest from jogging but, i am still need to move so that i can still training my muscle and breath. The best choice for now is morning walk. Yeah i am walking around my neighborhood and thinking about the next plan of my business work. I think when walking around i can get some inspire and plan to extended my business. I get some idea but need to break down and make some plan.
While i am walking and finding inspire i am listening to podcast called noice. Same with yesterday i am listening about what happened in my country lately.
