My Actifit Report Card: June 19 2023

Hello all my friends..hows today?
Keep healthy and keep up the spirit to active everyday. Hoping you all good. Today i want to share my report doing jogging and walking in my neighborhood area. I am jogging around 45 minutes and walking around 20 minutes. While doing it all i am listening some of podcast from noice app

So this podcast is discussing about the goverment of my country Indonesia. Some sarcastic and some give more information about what happened and viral lately. It is interesting while jogging my mind get hot and hotter when listening about how bad and how good about my country.
After around one hour jogging and walking i am very sweaty and rest a little bit to take a picture. Here my picture but please not bully me. I am very shy and looks like weird person.lol.

But it is okay,my proggress that i feel is my body lighter than a week ago. And my stamina goes up a little bit. And my brrath is not heavy again. Still need to grow day by day and enjoying the process to be healthier than before right
