Today i am doing jogging and walking around my neighborhood again but it seems different lately.
After i got routine doing this jogging and walking almost everyday. I am feel healthier than before. My body seems light and my breath is longer than last month.
The best of it is my stamina is better than last week now i can do 5k actifit in just 35 minutes with combined jogging and walking. But i am still need to concentrate and cannot take any picture. I need to concentrate to my breath and try not to pass out during jogging and walking. But if i can do have stamina maybe i can take some picture in my neighborhood
