Today i have a different event than yesterday, today i cannot jogging as usual due the event of my son's graduation party. So besides jogging i am cativate my actifit app and doing as natural as possible and today i got around 5k+ movement.thats pretty awesome
But as you know graduation party is likely eat as much as you can it is a feast..lol so i think today i am surplus calories. But it is okay i can repay on the next day to give more active.
