Today is third day i am jogging in the morning. I am jogging around 40 minuts today and can generate 5000+ actifit today. So it is a great improvement from yesterday jogging. I hope the next day i can still improve again.
But sadly i have graduation party for my son from morning until noon so i cannot jogging in the morning. Maybe i will jogging after noon. But i cannot promise i can do it.
While i am jogging i have beautiful scenery in my neighborhood say that my house near the apartment and thats pretty cool scenery
