Interesting i don't know many people that roast their own coffee.
Have the greatest day and enjoy your coffee

Roasting coffee is a total 'sense' experience. From the smell of the beans as they begin to heat, to the first 'crack' and then more smoke as the continue to roast and the second 'crack' of the beans. The smoke is blue and if I could bottle it, I would! I've gone out to stand under the vent exhaust just to be in the middle of all of the lovely smelling smoke! It takes about 3 hair washings to totally remove the smell from my hair, lol!

Back in 2013, we purchased 2 table top commercial roasters that roast one pound at a time. It's been a lovely journey. I never buy coffee at the stores anymore.

Thanks for stopping by! Take care! !LADY !LUV
