Tuesday.
Not as cloudy as yesterday, but also far from the hot days last week. A nice day for a walk.
I passed through the forest in the afternoon, where I noticed this alien looking mushroom had popped out of the ground.
I don't think I've ever seen this species before. A very intense color and a peculiar spongy texture.
I took a couple of additional pictures and maybe I'll check back tomorrow with my camera for some more Friday fungi @snaepshots again?! Thats enough time to find out what kind if species it is, too.
