Running five Days in a Row!

My legs seem to be getting more accustomed to the daily strain of the runs. I've been running every day now since Sunday, so five times in a row.

Tomorrow there is another scheduled run and then there will be a regeneration day!

Meine Beine scheinen sich an die tägliche Belastung der Läufe besser zu gewöhnen. Seit Sonntag bin ich nun jeden Tag gelaufen, also fünfmal hintereinander.

Morgen ist noch ein Lauf geplant und dann gibt es einen Regenerationstag!
