When running, it's essential to really push yourself at least once a week! This is best done in hilly terrain!
Uphill, downhill and this again and again is going into the legs and calves. Afterwards I am always very tired and need a lot of relaxation.
And so today: more than 100 meters of altitude in about 50 minutes workout!
Beim Laufsport ist es wichtig sich auch mindestens einmal in der Woche richtig zu quälen! Am besten geht das im hügeligen Gelände!
Bergauf, bergab und dies immer wieder geht in die Beine und Waden. Danach bin ich immer sehr müde und brauche viel Entspannung.
So auch heute: mehr als 100 Höhenmeter in ca. 50 Minuten Workout!
