Today I am once again sharing with you all a brief description of how much exercise I did today and how much walking I completed. Compared to the last few days, I did not walk much today, and my overall effort was relatively less. As a result, the steps shown in my Actifit software report are slightly lower than yesterday.
However, one important thing is that these apps provide daily reports of walking and physical exercise. By looking at these reports, one can motivate oneself to increase activity, which is very useful for me. Physical exercise and regular activity are very important in a person’s life.
