Today I’ll be sharing with you a new artwork i created recently using ballpoint and charcoal on paper.

In the hush between the dusk and dream,
she finds herself, no need to seem.
Alone, not lonely, bold and free,
she turns the lock, becomes the key.
No stranger’s hand, no borrowed flame,
but fire she calls by her own name.
A sacred rite, a silent song,
a place where she has always belonged.
Her breath
the wind through hidden trees.
Her touch
the tide in moonlit seas.
She charts the stars beneath her skin,
a cosmos blooming deep within.
No shame can stain this quiet light,
no guilt can dim her body's right.
She rises slow, a holy wave,
and grants herself what others crave.
In knowing joy, she writes her name
in every pulse, in every flame
a woman whole, without disguise,
with trembling lips and open eyes.
