I would pick the province for living in a rural area, with less noise and clutter. Fewer people, more peace of mind. In the city everybody is agitated. Some thrive in that medium. Some not.

I try. Coping with stress is not easy, but with practice it becomes better.
If you lay down, listen and follow this once or twice a day, over the long run, your stress will probably reduce #meditation
