IPAs - sure why not?
Last week was Guinness, so this week I'm back with a nice crisp tried and trusted Pale Ale from Sierra Nevada.
Anyone who reads my Beer Saturday posts from week to week will be well aware that I enjoy a pint of Guinness and I enjoy IPAs. I drink plenty of other beers in between and would be partial to a bottle of Leffe or a bottle of Peroni, but more times than not my Beer Saturday posts centre around Guinness or IPA.
Bombay Mix with an IPA
It's always nice to have a bit of soakage of some sort with a beer, so this spicy Bombay mix was just the job.
Here is my trusty Beer glass, well it's actually a Whiskey Glass, but it does the trick. I'm back placing them on my trusty Stanley range.
And here is how the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale looks when poured. It's one I go back to again and again. Sierra Nevada were making IPAs before they were even a thing here in Europe.
