Beer O'Clock
I am back and I am back with another IPA to share with you beer loving gentlemen and ladies from around the globe. Go on, grab a seat and pull it up here to my table and we can shoot the breeze and enjoy a cold one.
As you can see this one has a nice crisp and clean look to it. It is streets ahead of the red beer that I shared last week, but is still not a world beater. It is most definitely drinkable and to be fair to Rye River I usually enjoy their beers and they are generally decent value too, with a four pack of these bad boys setting me back €9, which works out at €2.25 per can which is not too bad for IPAs here in Ireland
I found some person on line who said this about it: "A smooth and sessionable IPA with intense aromas of juicy ripe grapefruit, tangerine and pine which follow through to a silky full body." Yep that sums it up pretty well actually.
Can Art
I have featured this one previously in a beer Saturday post, so I won't wax lyrical here about the can art, but I will say that I like it, and I will share some photos too so that you can make up your own mind.
One thing that I like about these beers is the black can, which makes the branding and colours pop that little bit more in my opinion.
It's quite warm in Ireland these days, which is strange, so a nice refreshing IPA is just the tonic on these warm and humid evenings after the kids have gone to bed.
