Leffe Beer

I was away in Amsterdam for work this week and I had to do some presentations, attend meetings and do a few bits and pieces at the office.

We arrived Wednesday and stayed in a hotel near the airport. We landed in around 8:00 p.m. and there was Champions league football on so we dropped the bags up to the room and went downstairs to the bar for a couple of pints or bottles in my case, bottles of Leffe, an altogether delicious beer!

The digs

Before we headed to Amsterdam we both got an email from the hotel asking us did we want a twin bed, a queen bed or a king bed, well there was only going to be one answer to that question! A king bed of course.

I thought no more about it until I was about to walk into room 623 and I saw this sign.

To say the room was enormous would be a serious under statement! Here's a few pics.

I slept like a baby after the bottles of Leffe and the King size bed didn't hurt either!!

Amsterdam is a really cool city and I'm lucky enough to have been loads of times with work, a few times with friends and once with my wife, all very different trips as you can imagine.

If you've never tried Leffe before, give it a go, it's a quality beer 🍻
