The barbecue weather is upon us again and sure isn't it great! Any excuse to have some friends and family over and crank up the gas and get cooking burgers, sausages, frankfurters, Halloumi, Ribs, Tuns steaks.

No barbecue is complete without a few nice cold brews to wash the food down with and to enjoy as you cook.

I took a few photos of the first grill full thsy went on. We had twenty people over and everyone left well fed and watered.

If you haven't tried Halloumi on the barbecue yet, then you're missing out big time. Give it a try next time.

And if you're having a few beers with it, you won't go far wrong with Hazy Jane. It is a quality beer and one of my go to beers as you’ll have seen over the years of Beer Saturdays to date.

Hazy Jane is a juicy New England IPA known for its soft mouthfeel, low bitterness, and tropical fruit character. It features flavors of pineapple, mango, peach, and citrus that come from generous dry-hopping techniques. Unlike traditional bitter IPAs, Hazy Jane leans into a smoother, hazier style that appeals to my taste buds I must admit. This one is right up my street.

It goes really well with food. Hazy Jane is often enjoyed chilled and pairs well with spicy foods, burgers, tacos, and grilled dishes, making it a versatile choice for social gatherings or relaxed evenings, so it was perfect for my barbecue.

Well, that's it.

Until next time Beer Saturdayorians...

I think a lot of the BrewDog locations over here are starting to shut down. I'll have to look into Hazy Jane though, I have only ever had Elvis Juice. I don't like really bitter beer.
