What a name
For once it's not an IPA or a pint of Guinness! Nope, this week I am bringing you something a bit different.
Introducing Red Ale
I cracked a few of these bad boys open for the second half of the Champions League Final.
Football and a few beers is always a good combination, but unfortunately these Red Ales are a bit shite! They are too bland for my pallet and are unmistakably meh. If I made these as a home brew, I'd be disappointed, so to buy these from a brewery is disappointing. There is not too much going on in the match either with no goals after 51 minutes. At least Inter are still in it and it's a contest.
Beer and golf, a potent combination. I'm sat here on my couch having a couple of beers watching the US PGA
Can Art
The can art is also a little bit meh...
Loco a approves, but then again Loco approves of everything with her smiley little French bulldog cross head on her!
Even though the beer itself wasn't up to scratch it's always nice to take a few photos with my nice beer testing glass so here's a few I took before watching the match tonight.
My kids like to watch football matches with me, but Man City vs Inter Milan's nil all draw is not keeping their interest so they're playing their own match outside and it's five nil to Manchester City in that match!!
