I don't really know any secret. I just created the report about this week. Maybe it depends on the quality of the video or the importance of the topic. The thing I'm sure about that most active video creators who create quality videos are doing well. After all as any content on the blockchain depends on who notice it and the time of sharing it. I was thinking a lot about that before, but now I just create when I have time and mood. Without any big expectations. The same about tribes, you never know what kind of content will be supported and why. Our goal should be just creating. And don't expect anything. Consistency is what rewarding the most.
