Self-employed people often suffer even more than workers when available at any time of the day or night. It's ironic if you think most people go to business on their own because they want more freedom.

Working from home for the last 15 years made me experience this on my own skill... In a certain period of time, I had my office in my house, and it was better... but moving to another country in a small apartment, it became a struggle to keep focus and work in surroundings with a lot of distractions... But, I got used to it (to a certain level) and would like to move to a bigger home with a separate office... it helps... ;)
