For the Love of Animals!

Many people may be confused if they discover that an animal on endangered species lists in one state, in another state can be so numerous that it cannot be considered endangered. This also applies to neighboring countries. Part of the problem is that the answer is not as simple as it may seem. However, this discrepancy can be explained.

The United States uses several different lists of endangered species. One is a national list that indicates that animals are rare and endangered in all states and territories and that the federal government needs protection. An example of an animal on this list was recently the American bald eagle. Although there have been several causes, including the widespread use of chemicals such as DDT, the eagle has been removed from the national charts as it has made a surprising return due to laws and efforts on its behalf.

There are also lists of endangered species. These are maintained by individual states and lists can vary greatly from each other. It should be noted that the list does not apply to animals that did not have a breeding population in the state in the last memory or in recorded history. For example, alligators are not on the endangered species list for Oregon or Washington state because alligators are a non-native species. Maybe a few million years ago, when the weather was much warmer than today, there were alligators in the area, but they've been gone a long time ago, so they don't take place on the list.

Humans often have a hand in the fact that the number of animals of a particular species in a given area is decreasing. However, the real cause does not matter whether or not an animal is added to the list. However, the cause may largely explain why an animal is endangered in one state, but well populated in another.

Only one model is the cutthroat trout. In a few eastern states, this trout is viewed as jeopardized. The most probable reason was overfishing and human movement, which wrecked the natural surroundings of waterways and streams. In Oregon, Washington, and Montana, however, the size is far from threatened and is often fished, although fishing is regulated for all types of hunting. In some rivers, there are so many scratches that a four-inch adult is common, although these fish can grow to considerable size if they get enough space and food. Fishing pressure helps to make them more stable in number and size in some areas, such as those above.

Another example of this is the pronghorn antelope. It is the largest fleet of land animals in North America, and many states have them on the endangered species list. Today, they have only a few predators, apart from humans, and can overcome almost all other animals. However, pliers are animals that are used to open the pasture of the meadows. Areas, where they can do so, have become smaller as humans have settled in areas that once housed first-class pastures. Pronghorns have become rare in these areas.

In eastern Oregon, however, pronghorn populations have increased significantly. The regulated hunting of the pronghorns has already been completed; keep the herds in such a way that the country can support them. They're not plentiful, but they're not even in danger. Oregon isn't the only state where this is true.

The simplest answer to why animals can be considered endangered in one state and not in another can be quite simple; Habitat and actions vary from state to state. However, to understand, a person must have some knowledge of what it means to be in danger and how much power each state must enforce and decide its lists.

This also applies to other countries. For this reason, there are endangered animals in England that are not endangered in France, although the two are only about 25 miles away, the width of the English Channel.
