Sunset Bike Ride

I just finished a 18.76km cycling that lasted about 0hh:54mm:57ss !

In spite of the forecast calling for snow and rain, the afternoon ended up sunny. And for once, no wind! So, I decided to cross-train a little with a bike ride. My old mountain bike is in serious need of TLC, starting with new tires because these ones have many bald spots! For today, I just added air, a lot of it, and I was on my way.

I started easy, mostly trying to find good viewing points for the sunset. So, the first few miles were quite slow, with lots of breaks to snap pictures. I picked up the pace after that, still nothing impressive but above 20km/h overall is not that bad for my first ride this year. Almost 19 km is also more than I had in mind, my behind might regret it tomorrow...

I'm a little puzzled because at some point, that knee pain flared up again. Just like yesterday run, it disappeared quickly, but I really wasn't expecting any pain while riding. Same conclusion: I'll keep monitoring and icing it. If it gets worse or doesn't fully go away in the next couple of weeks, I guess I'll have no choice but to visit a doctor.

No rain in the forecast tomorrow (if it's not completely wrong this time), so I'm hoping I have enough time for a run to keep a good training frequency.
Till then, keep Exhausting!
