I just finished a 26.758km bike ride that lasted about 1hh:10mm:05ss !
After noticing some slight progress in my running on Friday, Saturday bike ride also felt better. Increased mileage and faster speed (although it's due in part to the fact I didn't stop too often for pictures). Nothing else special about the ride, I stayed on the local roads, chose my route based on the construction I found in the way. Even if I waited late again before starting, it was still hot. But it's much more bearable when riding, as opposed to running.
Sunday, I'm supposed to be back to running, but we'll see. If the temperature stays above 30C, I might change my plan. Till then, keep Exhausting!
Just a week after resuming training, I think my updated totals for June look pretty good already:
