can afford easy run [Exhaust Running Report, September 21st 2020]

in EXHAUST4 years ago

After two days of running 20 K each day, I decided that I can afford an easy run tonight.

FOur kilometers in a slow pace were quite enough, thank you.

Have a great week, my friends.

Oh well, hive runners are mocking me these days. 40 k in two days and followed those with a 4k. Impressive 👍👏😁

Don't take it personally :)

Everybody has her / his own life, circumstances, goals and expectations.

lol. I am fine. Anyway, that's impressive in any case 😇

Good and thanks.

It's easy, actually. I realized that if I don't run every day I stop running. And then I become grumpy ... So, running is a cure :)
