hike home from Rašica after the run and march

After the run and hike in the morning (read about it in annual Rašica march [Exhaust Running Report, September 19th 2020]) our family went back home. At first we took the straight road down from the village of Rašica into the Magpie's valley.

Then, when we reached the valley, we turned right and took th eless traveled forest path. It was a great experience.

Today, during the run and the hike I was collecting litter. It's called

run in trash out

It wasn't much. A lot of plastic from various sweets and candy bars, one bottle and even two ZOO tickets.

Ps: this is my first recorded and @exhaust published hike in quite some time.

What a nice horse! Did you ride it?
I love horses! A friend of mine (from elementary school) is a veterinarian and a horse breeder. She is constantly repeating her invite, but never to find the time to go there. (She is about 100 km from Zagreb, and it's always at least a whole day trip if not a whole weekend trip.)
I am ashamed to say, but it has been already 2 or even 3 years since I visited her last time.

Nope. This horse, and three others, were standing by the path when we returned from the march. We fed her some apples .)

No, I can't ride. One day I'll try, maybe.

100 km in what direction? Inland or sea? There is a farm near Rabac where you can learn to ride and, as a culmination, ride your horse straight into the sea :)

It's on our family list!

Didn't know about that farm near Rabac. My friend is in a small village next to Lipik, called Šeovica. She breeds and trains the horses for races but as well for rehabilitation riding. You can learn to ride there also.
