humid start [Exhaust Running Report, August 1st 2020]

in EXHAUST4 years ago

I wanted to start running in August with an early morning run. In the end, I slept over it. I needed some sleep. I still need it.

So I went out in the evening for the continuation run. A loop on side paths in our valley brought me by these horses.

These magnificent creatures were grazing peacefully and were non-disturbed by my approach.

Some of them were even curious and greeted me up close.

For the whole picture wee need to step back a bit.

It's a prison, of course.

The map of the slow and short run, first in August. Still without a plan.

Happy running and light feet. Stay free.

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

You have uploaded 472 running activities, and 93 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 93 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 386.94 kms at an average pace of roughly 6:05 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.532min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!

Every day is a good day when you run.

...and enjoy a good recovery !BEER .

You need to stake more BEER (24 staked BEER allows you to call BEER one time per day)

Still a great way to start the month! Looks like an awesome place to run, too.

It is indeed, thank you.
