Logarska Monday [Exhaust Running Report, June 29th 2020]

in EXHAUST4 years ago (edited)

Monday, June 29th 2020. Luckily I am still in Logarska Valley and running another 10K morning run in this special place.

I already told you about the run yesterday - Logarska Sunday [Exhaust Running Report, June 28th 2020] .

Now it's a perfect time to let you know why this creek is called Črna or Black in English. Because it's always in a deep shade.

Isn't it beautiful?

Moving further up the creek dissapears and the path leads you by the meadows.

At all times you can catch a glimpse of the mountains. In this case it is Planjava.

This morning I started at the beginning of the creek Črna and turned back at the hut called Logarski kot. This view was where I reached 10 kilometers and stopped running. It shows the meadow at the entrance of the valley from the other side with Mount Olševa as a background.

Did I tell you that you are always welcome to visit us? We will go for a run here :)

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
