Sava flat & mixed [Exhaust Running Report, June 17th 2020]

in EXHAUST4 years ago

Another flat run, this time on a mixed terrain. Partly asphalt, partly gravel and trail.

I went do to Sava river and made a loop around fields and gardens. The area is a mix of urban and natural environment. For example, this beautiful meadow which I was running by ...

... lies by the gravel road ... which has a noisy neighbour - the main road.

On the way back up, by the gardens, I hit a roadblock.

Fortunately, there was a path around it.

All in all, a pleasant run it was.

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

You have uploaded 428 running activities, and 72 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 72 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 473.85 kms at an average pace of roughly 6:03 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.631min/km!
Looks like you went a bit faster than usual this time! Nice work!
Have a !BEER for your troubles!

You need to stake more BEER (24 staked BEER allows you to call BEER one time per day)

I was just about to ask you, what kind of app do you use it for the shots with data, and then I came to the end of the article and found all the answers. 😀

All major (and minor) brands have their apps which enable you to publish fancy reports :)

Coros doesn't have the website for data (like Garmin Connect or Suunto) so their app is even better because it's the only way to see your data.

I will do a full review of the app ... one of these days ...

Oh, you know that I'm total outsider when it comes to fitness and stuff.
Usually, with my friends and colleagues, I go to take a cup of coffee. That's, basically, how I exercise, most often. 😜

In that sense, it's not some surprise that I don't know anything about the sport brands and their apps.
But, if you want to know something about coffee shops' apps, how to collect some points and get a free coffee from time to time, I am your (wo)man! 😉 😅

However, I'm going to check for that review post of yours as this app looks interesting to me. 😊

:) It's a deal.
